Jennifer Lopez

JenniferJennifer had always hoped to become a multitasking superstar. While she was a kid Jennifer was into many musical styles, mostly Afro-Caribbean songs like merengue salsa, and the bachata. Also, she was a fan of mainstream music , like hip-hop pop, pop and R&B. While she was an avid enthusiast of music, her attraction to the movie industry was also high. The most influential film she was influenced by was the Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Jennifer was also entertainer as well as a Catholic schoolgirl, attended 8 years at Holy Family Catholic Middle School in The Bronx. After a four year stay and graduation, she attended Preston High School, an all-girls prep school. Jennifer excelled in athletics at school and competed in tennis and track and field. The majority of her life was spent upbringing in a two-story house in the Castle Hill neighborhood. Jennifer quit her home at the age of was 18 and moved in with her family. During this time, Lopez worked at a law firm , while taking dance jobs in the evening.
